What is a Premier Soccer Club and why would I want my child to play with Cleveland United? It can be confusing, the differences between travel and club soccer. Premier club soccer is more competitive than travel soccer and it not associated with a community. Our teams play in the CASA league in Lodi, Ohio on Saturdays in the Fall and Spring.  We also participate in several tournaments, local and out-of-town throughout the year. The biggest difference is that Cleveland United offers high-level training from professional coaches. Practices in the Fall and Spring seasons are held at our own fields in North Ridgeville, Ohio.  Training during the winter season is hosted at a local indoor facility.

What makes Cleveland United Soccer Club special? Our club has a rich history of success and was founded by local soccer legend Joe Raduka. Coach Raduka founded the club in 1987 and is the backbone of the club. Joe Raduka makes the kids fall in love with the game. The kids will have fun and they will make life long friends while learning to play great soccer in a POSITIVE atmosphere!!  Coach Joe is the only coach in Ohio history to have received the highest honor for youth coaching: The National Youth Coach of the Year Award in 2000.

How successful is Cleveland United Soccer Club? The club has produced, as an organization, more players who have attained state, regional, and national recognition in the Olympic Development Program than any other organization in Northern Ohio. We continue our commitment to our players through the recommendation and placement of players at the collegiate level. We are the only Premier Club in the 50 year history of Northern Ohio soccer to have won titles at the state, regional, and national levels. Annually, 92% of our graduating seniors play collegiate soccer at the NCAA level.
