My kids were thrilled to review the new Playskool Rescue Bots Fire Station Prime. They love firetrucks and my son is crazy about Transformers so this playset is perfect for them!
The playset comes with Heatwave the Fire-Bot (hidden robot underneath the vehicle), Cody Burns and a "water" cannon. Turn the Autobot dial and the Fire Station converts to Optimus Prime while lights flash and Optimus Prime speaks (change it back and you hear sirens!). Crank the handle and Cody Burns can use the Hero Elevator to transport to another floor or he can hold the fire pole for a spin to the first floor. Use the water cannon to extinguish the fire!
Several playsets in the line include a story book based on the iconic heroes featuring preschool appropriate themes – friendship, loyalty and working together. My children love the Prime Alert book that came with the Prime Fire Station.
Fire Station Prime is a fun, interactive toy that can hold my son’s attention for over an hour! We love that they talk about helping people while they play. Since the kids are excited about anything fire station or police related, we are looking forward to checking out the rest of the Playskool Heroes line.
